  Absaloutely zero customer service. No replenishment of toilet paper. We had to go in search of our own. The place is going to ruin with overgrown weeds in gardens . At $250 a night we will not be back. I don't normally give poor reviews, but this property could be of the best on the mountain with those views. It was clean enough.

  Very run down photos very misleading. No one there to meet or greet. No covid check in. Suroundings peaceful but very disappointed on our first stay at Mt Tamborine. No fridge in room shower, door stuck. Very dusty. Thought we were in a movie waiting for the grim reaper to appear. Very poor standards.

  I wish the photos would be changed in the website and Google because they not even close to what you get and the garden is not taken care of, there is no breakfast provided or even wanting to enjoy the view from the deck.
  Will not be coming back unfortunately, the mattress was horrible and the lady that greeted us didn't even speak any English.
  Was suppose to have a bar fridge in the room and didn't get one for $210 a night it's not worth it at all.
  It need a bit of updating and needs someone to care about the place.

  Unfortunately no-one was at the venue for check in. I think maybe they have closed down. Tried calling all week and morning of booking, afternoon of booking, tried 2 emails - still no contact. Have a video of myself at the venue to prove I was there for check in. Shocked that after a COVID horror year for tourism, this destination is so unprofessional. After travelling for 3 hours, we were looking forward to having a look around Mt Tamborine. We spent a few hours at Thunderegg Park and now are driving 3 hours back home. Very disappointing - hope they don't have the cheek to take our money. This is the first review I have ever written - sad it has to be so negative.

  We love Hilltop. Beautiful views, the owners are friendly and helpful. Stunning local art work on display and our daughter loves the toys they have for the children.
