  So the location is lovely.... but that's about all the positive. A group of us went for a drink and hopefully lunch for a friend's birthday. He had called ahead first so they knew, the place was empty as it was early but I assume it stays that way as the manager had zero customer service skills. She was rude and clearly did not want us there. We were a group but we were polite and when we were asked to move we did so without complaint. Anyway, due to poor attitude we decided to get lunch down the road at a lovely English style pub called the fox and hounds. Much better!

  Brilliant place. Awesome views of the gold coast from far away. Bouncy castle for the kids and indoor area for the kids.

  I've been here countless times, but today was such a disappointing visit. I was there with a group of people and we all ordered our lunch around the same time. One meal came out within a reasonable time, and another maybe 15 minutes after that, and that was it. No other meals came out for another hour and a half. Some of my group went inside to get a refund and went home hungry. Not good enough! The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing and were taking food around and asking random tables if the meals belonged to them. I'm sure that other tables were given our orders, because there seemed to be no system whatsoever for ordering and delivering the meals. I will probably come back again, but only to see whether the system has improved, otherwise that will be it for me!

  Spectacular view on the mountains, Surfers Paradise and ocean... Delicious burgers-large enough for 2 people. And refreshing cold beer on the hot day! Good choice for lunch stop during the day in the mountains.

  Beautiful view. Food was standard pub fare, not terrible nor outstanding. Has kids bouncy castle too. Recommended

  Called in here today for lunch on the recommendation from a friend. We were not disappointed as every aspect of our visit was top notch. Delicious meals eaten with sweeping views of the Gold Coast in the distance. Staff were friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment. Next time I intend to stay over.
